Ham’s F10 was developed for the clonal growth of Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells, HeLa cells and mouse L cells and depending on the cell type with or without serum additive. Ham’s F10 is a preferred medium for promoting the growth of human diploid cells, white blood cells for chromosome analysis, primary rat explants, and rabbit and chicken tissue. It is the researcher’s preferred choice to breed challenging cell lines.
